bcf vs. badd

George stated that hunting for food could not be a reason to develop
flight, because an animal cannot know what food will available in new
regimes. but if you are jumping to find food, often times you can
SEE the food that you are searching for. we know these predators all
had reasonably good vision, so they would be able to see at least some
of their potential food sources.
