Mammals "dump heat" by sweating and/or panting. Do either of these traits
leave any fossil evidence? Is there any evidence to suggest that dinosaurs
could do either of these?

Obviously, either if these abilities would suggest endothermy, though I
don't think they would prove it conclusively.
