Given the search effort invested in the Tassie Tiger hunt, the number of
reports that have been checked and all found to be wanting and the likely
signs that would be left by a population of tigers, it can safely be
assumed that this beastie has gone the way of the dinosaurs, Elvis and John
Lennon.
