Well.... muscles haven't been found with _Mononykus_ either, that doesn't
mean that you should restore it without muscles.  Come on!  Even though there
is no direct evidence of feathers, there is some pretty strong circumstantial
evidence supporting the premise, so it would be logical to assume that they
were there, just like muscles.
