Dinosaur Genera List corrections #50

I just received a copy of Nessov's 1992 paper on Mesozoic bird localities of
the USSR, which contains his description of the Mesozoic bird _Kuszholia
mengi_. In his description, Nessov could not decide whether the specimen
belonged to a bird or a small theropod dinosaur, and he called it a
"bird-like theropod dinosaur or bird." This qualifies the genus for inclusion
in the dinosaur list. It is presently considered a patagopterygid bird, so
the asterisk is required:

Kuszholia Nessov, 1992*

I also received in the same package a copy of Bonaparte's new book on South
American dinosaurs, _Dinosaurios de America del Sur_, ISBN 950-43-6858-1,
published by the Museo Argentino de Ciencias Naturales "Bernardino
Rivadavia," Buenos Aires. It does indeed include the names of two new
dinosaurs, _Rayososaurus agrioensis_ and _Ligabueino andesi_, but neither is
formally described, so the list should note these as nomina nuda until their
formal descriptions appear:

Ligabueino Bonaparte, 1995 [nomen nudum]
Rayososaurus Bonaparte, 1995 [nomen nudum]

Thanks to Tracy Ford for his latest shipment of dino-stuff!

Increment the genera count to 787 (for _Kuszholia_).
