It is so frustrating repeating the same facts again and again on the net.

1 - giant tropical mammals do not have fur simply because they have to shed
heat, they lack it because they do not need it to retain heat.

2 - heat radiators do not work when air temperature is higher than body
temperature (heat then flows inwards). This is why elephants stop flapping
their big ears when it is over 97F.
