Any information on how to obtain a copy of the relevant reference, and how
to cite it, would be appreciated.
As an aside, is the name still attributed to its origional author
and date, even with the change in type specimen? >>

This was in ICZN Opinion #1842, published in the Bulletin of Zoological
Nomenclature earlier this summer (can't recall the date off the top of my
head: June? July?). Should be in every good university library, e.g., Texas

Yes, it's _Coelophysis bauri_ (Cope, 1887) Cope, 1889. The 1887 date is for
the species _Coelurus bauri_, the 1889 is for the genus _Coelophysis_.
_Rioarribasaurus colberti_ is by ICZN fiat a junior objective synonym of
_Coelophysis bauri_.
