flight stability

Hi gang

flight stability against roll is naturally and passively achieved by a
dihedral wing design. This is a wing that rises from the horizontal from the
body. Vultures are a good example. This would not be very hard to achieve in
their forebearers I would think. therefore with this design a tail could be
used to achieve (active) stability about the horizontal. and then we'd be
there. hmmmm?
