The description of Macrodontophion's tooth is notoriously difficult to find,
but the implied suggestion that it is a spinosaurid tooth is most interesting.
I've only seen a sketch of the tooth, which does seem to show spinosaurid
features (roughly conical shape with unserrated carinae). But it could also be
a large fish tooth... Any more information would be appreciated.
