No evidence for tool use, granted.  Were they tool users?  Likely.  Tool
use is very widespread in the animal kingdom and not limited to only
those with opposable thumbs.  Numerous birds have been seen to be tool
users without the use of an opposable digit.  There is every reason to
think that a variety of dinosaurs were tool users as well.
