On dinosaur lungs
We have brain casts and skin impressions, but can anyone tell me if there
are any visceral impressions or casts?
The other question is, about the rib muscles. A birds lungs are basically
air sacks, to draw air into the lungs the ribs are moved forward and
upward, and the sternum is moved downward. Where are the attachments for
the muscles responsible for these movements, and are these same muscle
scars present on any dinosaur bones?
