As I understand it, that is not the real problem.  I believe the
difficulty lies in getting whatever animal it is to run, topspeed, in 
a straight line, while one is holding the radar gun or whatever and to
know that it really is the TOP speed.  Correct me if I am wrong.  Flame at
will.
