For starters , check-out the sections on ' extinction ' in ' The Evolution
and Extinction of the Dinosaurs ' (Fastovsky & Weishampel , Cambridge
University Press ,1996 ) , ' The Complete Dinosaur ' (Farlow & Brett-Surman
, Indiana University Press , 1997) and 'The Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs'
(Currie & Padian , Academic Press , 1997) . The latter two books have
references for futher reading .
