The Gakken Mook is hard to get. It's in Japanese and the sereis isn't
being published anymore. (To bad, it was the best gig I had going, and
for George also).
The Lull paper is easier;
Lull, R. S. 1934. Skull of Triceratops flabellatus recently mounted at
Yale. Amer. Jour. Sci. Vol. 28: 439-442.
