Color vision in dinosaurs
I'm interested in color vision and the degree of color discrimination in
dinosaurs. I know that some workers (e.g. Dale Russell and Greg Paul) have
speculated that dinosaurs had high resolution, color vision due to their
intermediate evolutionary position between reptile ancestors (with color
vision) and bird descendents (also with color vision). Has any recent work
been done in this field?
