As Josh said, many of the chapters are right now in the review stage.  The
tyrannosaurid chapter was actually one of the first to be turned in and was
edited and reviewed over a year ago.

The book is definitely going to happen, but is only "in press" in the long
term; it is a long way from "at the printers".
