The Late Cretaceous Hadrosaurids from North America are much more derived
than Telmatosaurus, however, there is a possibility in view of the
reassignment of Eolambia by J.J. Head that this could demonstrates a North
America representation of the evolutionary lineage leading to Hadrosaurids
near the beginning of the Late Cretaceous.
