Theropod pronation

Hello all.
Just thought I'd re-ask this:
http://www.cmnh.org/fun/dinosaur-archive/2001Aug/msg00250.html
since I didn't get a response when I asked it last. To reitterate, what refs. are there supporting a "no-pronation" stance. I've seen how it works on specimens, but I'm wondering what's been published on it
Peace,
Rob
