In Outlook 2000 go to "Tools", then "Options." Then click on the
"Preferences" tab. Click on the button labeled "E-mail Options." In there
you'll have the option of prefixing replies and forwards with a symbol you
designate. After you make the changes you'll probably have to close, then
reopen Outlook before they'll start working.
