Is there any proof that non-avian dinosaurs had structures analogous to the mammalian secondary palate? Do birds have that kind of structures?

I think coelurosaurs all developed secondary palates to some degree, but they were most extensive in ornithomimosaurs, segnosaurs and oviraptorids.  In addition, some ankylosaurs had well-developed secondary palates.
