I suppose that's possible, but I don't see any
indications of it. I thought the whole purpose of
having an infratemporal fenestra was to provide a
window which the adductor muscles could bulge out
through. It would be strange for a dinosaur to evolve
a sinus in that position. The most posterior facial
diverticulum I know of is the suborbital one shown in
"My train of thought has become a runaway caboose."
