A bibliographical query
For anyone who might be near enough to university stacks to answer a quick query. In 1988, a "D. Kellogg" published a critique of "punctuated equilibria" in Biology & Philosophy 3(1):3-28, as "And then a miracle occurs": weak links in the chain of argument from punctuation to hierarchy. A quick search in Cyberia fails to reveal the identity of "D. Kellogg", and any clues will be appreciated.
