Well, they're part of the history of the genus Eotyrannus, for one thing. 
Same kind of reason that Elvisaurus (for Cryolophosaurus), Chihuahuasaurus 
(for Sonorasaurus), and Umarsaurus (for Barsboldia) are in the list, for 
example.
