On Oct. 1, Milner spotted clear skin impressions on a brasilichnium track,
which possibly was left between 285 million and 330 million years ago by a
mammal-like, five-toe, four-foot reptile named Pelycosaur. Even though
tracks of brasilichnium have been found in South America and southern
Africa, Milner said, it was the first time that the entire foot prints
were found covered with skin impressions from that long ago.

"I'm speechless," Milner said. "It's phenomenal. It's a great site. It's
world-class."
