Yes, if I refer to "How to Draw Dinosaurs" by Tracy L. Ford (1999), book 1,
chapter 2, p.5-6. This idea came after the discovery of a fully articulated
skeleton.
HP Ken Carpenter and HP Tracy Ford would explain this much better than me.
