I'm sorry to bother everyone again with a seemingly pointless question, but
when exactly was "Dynamosaurus" published, and when was "Tyrannosaurus"
published...refs would be preferable, but not entirely necessary.

That's easy. Both were named in the same paper, Tyrannosaurus just has page
priority or else it'd be Dynamosauridae...
