Ceratosaurus vs. Stegosaurus (Harryhausen Style!)

Stegosaurus stenops had some pretty tough defences against predators like
it's bony chain mail of ossicles protecting it's throat and four tail
spikes,(which should have been fatal to the Ceratosaurus that was hit with
them in a tail swat hard enough to knock it flat to the ground in"When
Dinosaurs Roamed America").However,what's keeping a Ceratosaurus (or
Allosaurus) from crushing the Stegosaurus' tiny skull in it's jaws in an
attack as in "The Animal World"(1955)?
