Iguana-like Dermal Spines on Diplodocid Sauropods

Hello again,

What are the current thoughts on the interpretation of what appears to be
fleshy dermal spines (as Czerkas had suggested) at the tail area of a 40
foot,(If I remember correctly) diplodocid found around 1992?

Also, what genus and species has this diplodocid been identified as?

Thank you,
John Bridgman
