There are indeed.  Erlikosaurus, Avimimus, Incisivosaurus, oviraptorids,
Sinovenator, Byronosaurus, Sinornithoides, Troodon, Saurornithoides,
Bambiraptor, Velociraptor and Dromaeosaurus all have nice braincases
preserved.  Citipati and Byronosaurus have already been CAT scanned and are
available on Digimorph's website.

Oh, and Alonso et al. (2004) show Archaeopteryx has a pneumatic quadrate and
condylar pterygoid-quadrate articulation, which I found quite interesting.
