I wanted to ask "do they state why on the planet they think a parachuting
(and by no means gliding!!!) animal would flutter?". Now if this is the
answer, it seems that the authors don't even use phylogenetic bracketing in
the short term. Why did those poor chickens flutter? Because they believed
they could fly!!! That hopefully wouldn't be the case for "an archosaurian
glider".
