This is wrong. See Art. 1.2.2. "The Code regulates the names of taxa in
the family group, genus group, and species group. Articles 1-4, 7-10,
11.1-11.3, 14, 27, 28, and 32.5.2.6 also regulate names of taxa at ranks
above the family group." - Thus at least some provisions regarding
spelling and availability must receive attention.
