What's wrong with Jouve's Ctenochasma?

In the latest JVP, Stephane Jouve writes about a new Ctenochasma
specimen consisting of the posterior skull and mandibles. I found a
number of errors, including one pretty big one. Would someone else like
to take the first shot this time?

I'll be back in a day or two to see what stirs.
