When did the (sub)continent of India break from the Southern

That took some time. The break from Africa is put in the Jurassic, the one from Antarctica came later, the one from Madagascar is Late Cretaceous or so, and the one from the Seychelles (related to Deccan volcanism?) from the start of the Paleocene.

When did India exchange faunal/floral populations with other continents?

Difficult to tell. India seems to have no terrestrial Paleocene fossil record. :-(

When did India come into contact with the Eurasian landmass?

The date people like most at the time is the Paleocene-Eocene boundary, 55 Ma ago.
