Chasmosaurus recurvicornis/sternbergi

Does anyone out there know where the name "Chasmosaurus recurvicornis"
first appeared in print? Or "Chasmosaurus sternbergi"? Both names
are listed on Mike Keesey's website
(http://dinosauricon.com/genera/chasmosaurus.html), but the citations
listed next to them do not pertain to where those new combinations
first appeared in print. (I assume C. sternbergi is probably related
to Greg Paul's painting in Dinosaurs: Past & Present...)

Thanks,
