Drumheller in trouble
I'm sure many folks on-list have been to Drumheller, home to the
Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology, and dinosaur capital of the world.
Well, today the waters of the Red Deer River threaten to flood the
town, thanks (or no thanks, I suppose) to recent heavy rain in the
area. More here (expect the address to be cut):
Keep the townsfolk (some of whom you know or know of) in your prayers
and whatnot, and let's hope for the best. Maybe some good will come
of this with all the erosion happening along the banks...
