AFAIK there is no evidence of Hypacrosaurus in the
Ferris. Edmontonia is present but the last occurrence
is 200m below the K-T boundary. Interestingly,
Edmontonia disappears at the point where a change in
sedimentology is said to preclude significant
reworking. That suggests it was gone well before
351,000 years before the K-T -indicated by the level
of the last occurrence and sedimentation rate. So
Carpenter may have been right in 1986.

The Ferris may provide the best test in view of
