The paper being discussed is:

Feduccia, Alan, Theagarten Lingham-Soliar & J. Richard Hinchliffe, in press. Do Feathered Dinosaurs Exist?: Testing the Hypothesis on Neontological and Paleontological Evidence. Journal of Morphology, Published Online: October 10, 2005 (DOI: 10.1002/jmor.10382).

However, the Journal of Morphology online edition hasn't been updated (as of right now) to include a link to it.
