It's more complicated than that. The pterosaur is *Arambourgia_na_* (...or 
maybe -_nia_), and in Nomenclator Zoologicus "n. n." means -- in most 
cases, not all -- "nomen novum" ( = replacement name) rather than "nomen 

The whole thing is, unsurprisingly, rather heterogenous; for example 
several ichthyosaurs are assigned to "Reptilia (Ichthyosauria)" while 
*Ichthyosaurus* itself is just "Rept".
