Bibliography of Ornithischian papers containing cladistic analyses

Out of curiousity, I went through my personal references and created
this bibliography to see how many different studies of ornithischians
have included cladistic analyses. This list is fairly complete as far
as I am aware (excluding that I do not have The Dinosauria II articles
included--I lack this reference). If anyone has additional references
that I did not list, please tell me so I can include them on the list.
In order to be included, the article needs to be fully published (I
didn't include Xu et al (2006) because I wasn't sure if it had yet
been published or not; and I neglected to include certain
dissertations because of this as well) and must include a cladistic
analysis complete with a published data matrix and character list
available in the paper or as supplementary information.
