There also is
Starring T. Rex! Dinosaur Mythology and Popular Culture, by Jose Luis Sanz,
Indiana University Press, 2002.

I haven't read Starring T. Rex, which was translated from a Spanish original.
The Last Dinosaur Book is a strange, deliberately provocative book, which reads
like a cultural relativist deconstructing dinosaur in the popular culture. It
can be fun if you don't take it too seriously.
