Thank you very muich,
Andrew McDonald

Quoting "Harris, Jerald" <jharris@dixie.edu>:

A bunch of new taxa of various kinds, as well as a plethora of other papers,
in various Chinese journals...thanks to Jay Nair for the head's up on some
of these! Before anyone asks, I don't have any of these yet -- sorry!

First, the new taxa -- and not a saurischian body fossil in the bunch, but lots of new entries for the "Z" column in the list of dinosaur names:

Lu, J., Jin, X., Sheng Y., Li, Y., Wang, G., and Azuma, Y. 2007. New nodosaurid dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Lishui, Zhejiang Province, China. Acta Geologica Sinica (English Edition) 81(3): 344-350.

     -- introduces _Zhejiangosaurus lishinensis_.

Jia, C., Foster C.A., and Clark, J.M. 2007. The first stegosaur (Dinosauria, Ornithischia) from the Upper Jurassic Shishugou Formation of Xinjiang, China. Acta Geologica Sinica (English Edition) 81(3): 351-356.

    -- introduces _Jiangjunosaurus junggarensis_.

Xu, L., Lu, J., Zhang, X., Jia, S., Hu, W., Zhang, J., Wu, Y., and Ji, Q. 2007. New nodosaurid ankylosaur from the Cretaceous of Ruyang, Henan Province. Acta Geologica Sinica 81(4): 433-438.

-- introduces _Zhongyuansaurus luoyangensis_. Note that this is NOT
the English Edition f the journal!

Zhao, X., Li, D., Han, G., Hao, H., Liu, F., Li, L., and Fang, X. 2007. _Zhuchengosaurus maximus_ from Shandong Province. Acta Geoscientia Sinica 28(2): 111-122.

-- appears to be a hadrosaur, based on the English papers being cited in
the bibliography.

Lu, J., Zhang, X., Jia, S., Hu, W., Wu, Y., and Ji, Q. 2007. The discovery of theropod dinosaur footprints from the Middle Jurassic Yima Formation of Yima County, Henan Province. Acta Geologica Sinica 81(4): 439-444.

     -- new ichnospecies: _Changpeipus xuiana_.

Strangely, there was _supposed_ to be a new therizinosaur in one of these issues, too, but it ain't there...

More dino stuff, but no new taxa of which I'm aware presently:

Zhang, L., Yang, Y., Zhang, L., Guo, S., Wang, W., and Zheng, S. 2007. Precious fossil-bearing beds of the Lower Cretaceous Jiufotang Formation in western Liaoning Province, China. Acta Geologica Sinica (English Edition) 81(3): 357-364.
