Ptweety the tiny Pteranodon

Is anyone aware of the tiny 70-80% complete Pteranodon?
(length of skull as preserved: 12cm, restored: 18cm)
Proportions a close match to the Triebold specimen.
It goes by the name of Ptweety.

More fine evidence that Wellnhofer and Bennett's hypotheses on transformation
during ontogeny are invalid.
