Nope. Even juveniles like the Stygivenator holotype (actually juvenile Tyrannosaurus) had fused nasals. Not AS fused, but still...

Which sorta implies to me that fusion perhaps started earlier on (my exposure to sutures etc fusing is that it's more reflective of a mature adult that for young).
