Well, now some people think that "Ceratosauria" is paraphyletic (made
of two separate groups, in this case Ceratosauria and Coelophysoidae),
which IMO is probably correct.
As to feathers, the chance of them being on a theropod this basal is
very slim- osteoderms are present on more derived theropods. Unless
you're George Olshevsky.
