Right, because Hollywood cares about accuracy.

Any model would have to be preceded by a model of a *living* avian,
functioning identically to its natural counterpart. In fact,
preferably by several such models, so as to have a real proof of
concept. Once that's out of the way, then you can start to think about
stem-avians (assuming you have any money left at all).
