I can think of some more recent 'meat-eating raptor dinosaurs' that live in
Patagonia. The black-
chested buzzard eagle (Geranoaetus melanoleucus) comes to mind.

It's time to rise up and reclaim the word 'raptor', I tells ya. And why stop
there? Maybe one day we
can live in a world where a 'gay lesbian raptor' is a happy bird of prey from
the island of Lesbos,
and where decimating their population means reducing it's numbers by only 10%.
