Question on avian anatomical nomenclature and orientations in dinosaurs

My question is: is still accepted to speak of forelimb and hindlimb if
one follows the cranial-caudal orientational terms which The
Dinosauria (2004) proposes? Would not be used "membrum thoracicum" and
"membrum pelvicum", following the N.A.A.?
"Cranial limb" and "caudal limb" sound very ugly.
