This must mean that "human" has become the science news synonym for
"mammal" (just as "T. rex" is the science news synonym for
"theropod"). Better alert human rights advocates. Billions of humans
are being denied votes. (Well, maybe just millions, if we exclude
those under 18 years of age.)
