No, they're referring to the fact that the new animal's
rhamphorhynchoid-grade postcranium is not well suited for terrestrial
locomotion, and so (the authors of the paper speculated) it may have
specialised in taking birds (= dinosaurs) on the wing.  In short,
"dino-eating" here means "rhamphorhynchoid-grade postcranium".
