Evolution of crurotarsans

Does anybody know of any really comprehensive paper or set of papers
(or book) that documents the evolutionary history of crurotarsans and
how they split into so many diverse ans specialised groups? Are there
any recent papers discussing the phylogeny of this clade? Is there
even much known about crurotarsan evolution? I am particularly
interested in the evolution of aetosaurs and phytosaurs, but can't
find much on them. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Daniel
